Patong Beach
The island's main tourist district and hub for water sports activities
like windsurfing, snorkelling, parachute flying, jetski, and sailing.

line the crescent-shaped beach. Patong also has the most vibrant
nightlife in the whole of Phuket. Pubs, go-go bars and discos are
strewn all over the 3,000-metre-long beachfront. The greatest concentration
of night places are on Soi Bangla, where one can find pubs with
excellent live music, bars with local entertainers and a huge choice
of very good restaurants. The beach is a little crowded during the
high tourist season from October to February.
